Fall Sports

JYMS SPORTS PHYSICAL NIGHT

  • MHS PHYSICAL DATES: May 14, 2026 & June 22, 2026 - see CavemenSports.com for times.

Important Information:

  • Sports physicals will be available for $25 (cash only).
  • If a sports physical has already been completed after April 1, 2026, please bring the completed physical form to your child's first practice or turn it in to the JYMS office.
  • All physicals must be completed on the IHSAA physical form. This form can be found on the JYMS website or picked up in the JYMS office.
  • All participants must have a completed physical form on file before beginning practice or tryouts.

FALL SPORTS DATES

  • Cheerleading Tryouts: April 23-25, 2026
  • Volleyball Tryouts: July 29-31, 2026
  • Soccer Tryouts: July 29-31, 2026
  • Football Orientation and Equipment Pick-up: July 31, 2026
  • Cross Country Practice Begins: August 3, 2026

Tryouts are held for Soccer, Volleyball, and Cheerleading only. Football and Cross Country do not have tryouts.

Information for winter and spring sports (Basketball, Wrestling, and Track) will be shared at a later date.

PARTICIPATION FEE & REGISTRATION

All JYMS student-athletes participating in a school-sponsored sport are required to pay a participation fee. The fee for next school year has not yet been announced. The current fee is $25 per sport, due the Friday before the first contest.

Sports registration is completed online at: www.mishawaka-in.finalforms.com.

Registration must be completed before the first practice after team selections are finalized. Students may not participate in practices or contests until all forms are completed.
